Optimise Your Visit

There are certain things that you can do to prolong the effects of your wax and ensure that you don’t suffer from any negative after effects. The day before your treatment, we recommend that you exfoliate with a gentle scrub to get rid of any dead skin, which may block pores after the wax and cause ingrown hairs. For 24-48 hours after your wax, your skin may be red and sensitive to touch. We advise that you do not go swimming in a chlorinated pool or use highly perfumed toiletries during this time as it may cause discomfort.

Sameerah is very good at what she does, very kind, always smiling and will make you very comfortable FAST. I cannot say enough good things about her. I came to get my Brazilian sugaring done for the first time and I was very scared prior to it. She knows what she’s doing and always wanting to improve on her skills. As soon as I walked into Sameerah’s clean, space she instantly put me at ease, she had very calming music and energy. She was so inviting and professional, I will definitely recommend her to anyone with no doubt!

This was my first time getting sugared, and it was such an amazing experience! When getting sugared you may feel a small pinch, however I felt essentially no pain/pulling as compared to waxing. A little tip though, you’ll definitely feel more than a small pinch in areas with thicker hair that you’ve previously shaved. The times on the website for the length of each service is accurate, so you can expect to be there for that given time. With sugaring, the hair is removed easily and quickly, which is something I really appreciated. Overall, my first experience getting sugared was a successful one, and I’ll definitely be back. Sameerah is so wonderful and maintains an upbeat and welcoming environment throughout the entire service! I’ll definitely be recommending her to others :)
